There are two types of users in Smart SOP:
Users:
<ul>
<li>Can create new SOPs</li>
<li>Can create new LOTOs</li>
<li>Can add and edit entries on the Lockout Log</li>
<li>Can edit SOPs/LOTOs that they are designated as Collaborators on</li>
</ul>

Managers can also:
<ul>
<li>Edit published SOPs/LOTOs</li>
<li>Publish SOPs/LOTOs</li>
<li>Manage Tags</li>
<li>Manage Users</li>
<li>Manage Organization Profile</li>
</ul>

Managers can set roles on the Manage Users page using the Action dropdown menu to add or remove Manager privileges.
