If you were a user of the previous version of Smart SOP and are now transitioning to the latest version, we understand that you may have questions and concerns. What is new in version 4.0?

Smart SOP has taken a leap into the future by transforming into a sleek & powerful web app! Access safety procedures from anywhere with any browser, making desktop and mobile SOP use, development and management a breeze.

 

Does it look different?

We've given Smart SOP a stylish makeover! The application has all of the features you love plus many, many more! The brand-new, user-friendly interface not only looks fantastic but also enhances your overall experience. Navigate effortlessly, create procedures seamlessly, and find what you need faster than ever.

 

Do I still need the installed app on my computer and mobile devices?

No. Smart SOP 4.0 is a web app so you will be able to access it from any device on any browser at www.smartsop.com.

 

Do I need a new log in and password?

No and yes. You will access Smart SOP at www.smartsop.com using your existing email address, but first you will need to set up a new password at https://smartsop.com/admin/password/reset.

 

What will happen to my existing SOPs and LOTO procedures?

All of your published SOPs and LOTO procedures will be transferred into the new application. All of the existing content will be there, plus you can take advantage of all of the new features. 

 

Can I still use the existing app that I have installed on my computer/device?

Yes and no. Your procedures as they currently exist are still on the app for the time being. You can view and download them. However if you make any changes they will NOT be reflected in the new app. We highly recommend switching to the new app as soon as possible.

 

Will my subscription price change?

No. While the cost of a new Smart SOP subscription is increasing, we are freezing the pricing for existing subscribers as a thank you for your loyalty to Smart SOP.

 

Can I change to a month-to-month subscription?

You will only be able to convert to monthly payments if you change to the new pricing. Contact us at sop@smartsop.com for assistance.

 

Can I add users to my subscription?

You will only be able to add new users if you change to the new pricing. Contact us at sop@smartsop.com for assistance.
