Deart Smart SOP Subscribers,

While we were initially aiming for a launch on February 26th, we've made the decision to postpone the release to ensure that everything is in perfect order. Our team is dedicated to delivering a seamless and exceptional experience with this update, and we believe a little extra time will allow us to achieve that.

Rest assured, we're working diligently behind the scenes to make sure that when the update does go live, it exceeds your expectations in every way. We're incredibly excited about the improvements we have in store for you, and we can't wait to share them with you soon.

In the meantime, you can still access your standard operating procedures and lockout/tagout procedures in the existing app. However, please note that any changes made during this transition period will not be saved. We recommend refraining from making any edits until the new update is live to avoid loss of data.

Please stay tuned for further updates and information about the release. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated, and we're confident that the end result will be worth the wait.

Get ready for the launch of Smart SOP 4.0: FAQs

Do I need a new log in and password? 
You will keep the same log in (your email address), but you wil need to set a new password. You will be receiving an email with instructions when the app launches.

What will happen to my existing SOPs and LOTO procedures?
All of your publised SOPs and LOTO procedures will be transferred into the new application. All of the existing content will be there, plus you can take advantage of all of the new features of Smart SOP 4.0.

What will happen to my existing folders?
In Smart SOP 4.0 we have upgraded the organizational system so you will have more control and the flexibility of dynamic, non-hierarchical organization. Easily assign multiple tags to each item, enabling efficient cross-categorization and reflecting the multidimensional nature of your data. Our system enhances search and retrieval, making it a breeze to find procedures without navigating through complex folder hierarchies. 

Will my subscription price change?
No. While the cost of a new Smart SOP subscription has increased, we are freezing existing subscribers as a thank you for your loyalty of Smart SOP.

Can I change to a month-to-month subscription?
You will only be able to convert to monthly payments if you change to the new pricing. Contact us at sop@smartsop.com for assistance.
