Smart SOP makes it easy to collaborate with others.
Navigate to the SOP Section: Start by clicking on "SOP" in the left menu to access the Standard Operating Procedures section.
Locate the SOP: Find the specific SOP you're working on within the SOP section.
Initiate Editing: Once you've identified the SOP, select "Edit" from the Action dropdown menu to enter the editing mode.
Access Tags and Collaboration: Within the editing interface, locate and click on the "Tags and Collaboration" tab.
Add Collaborators: In the Collaborators section, click on the Collaborators text box. A dropdown menu will appear with a list of available individuals.
Choose Collaborators: Select the individuals you want to collaborate with from the dropdown menu. These individuals will now be associated with the SOP as collaborators.
Save Changes: After selecting collaborators, click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
View on Dashboard: Now, all collaborators will have access to the SOP on their dashboard and in their SOP list, making it easy for everyone involved to stay updated and contribute to the draft.
Communicate with Collaborators: Use the messaging feature on the Tags and Collaborators tab to message each other about the SOP development. The messages will appear on the recipient's Smart SOP Dashboard.
